Introduction to Mantra Meditation
At this class, we will introduce 3 mantra meditation techniques as well as discuss the philosophy behind the practice. This will provide participants with an understanding of why mantra meditation is of value, as well as give a framework from which a personal practice can be developed.
Tuesdays 7-8:30 PM
Come learn the practices and philosophy of mantra meditation, and develop your own personal meditation practice to promote a positive lifestyle. This includes our Tuesday Night Kirtan.
Sundays 7-8 PM
Kirtan is a meditation practice that is fun for everyone. Come allow your entire being to be embraced by the spiritual yoga mantras, accompanied by live acoustic music.
