At this class we will discuss the foundational elements of the philosophy behind the practice of mantra meditation. We will also introduce and do 3 different mantra meditation techniques. These techniques are done at our regular, weekly community events, and are also ones that can be done individually. We will discuss ideas for applying these practices at home with the hopes of making these positive lifestyle changes easier and more sustainable.
